How Do I Order?

I don't have a credit card or my credit card has been denied - where else can I purchase? |

If you live in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, or the UK, MATLAB & Simulink Student Version may be available at your campus bookstore. Currently, students living outside these countries can only purchase by credit card at the MathWorks Web store. |

Which release should I purchase? |
| Answer: |
If your professor has recommended or required that you purchase MATLAB & Simulink Student Version for your course, you should purchase the release that he or she has specified. If you are purchasing for your own use for course work, we recommend that you purchase the most current release of Student Version. |

What do I do if I purchased the wrong product? |
| Answer: |
If you purchased MATLAB & Simulink Student Version from your campus bookstore and the product is unopened (i.e., shrink-wrap has not been removed), your bookstore should exchange the product. (Check with your bookstore for specific return policies.)
If the package is opened but the CD holder is unopened, you must contact MathWorks customer service to return the product for a credit. The return must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and return of all package materials is required. |

I do not have access to the Internet. Can I download companion products to a computer other than the one where MATLAB & Simulink Student Version is installed? |

If you do not have access to the Internet, it is possible to download toolboxes and blocksets to one machine and then copy the files over to the machine on which MATLAB & Simulink Student Version is installed. You must have access to a CD drive on which you can copy the files for transport once they are downloaded. |
Important note: You are licensed for and restricted to one installation of the products.
