Nanosatellite Project: Aerospace Enterprise

Students at Michigan Technological University are developing Oculus-ASR, a nanosatellite that will aid in the advancement of U.S. Space Situational Awareness. This program, part of the University Nanosatellite Program, gives students the opportunity to work with industry sponsors in an effort to construct the best nanosatellite in a nationwide competition, hosted by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). Now in its sixth iteration, the program is commonly referred to as UN-6.
