SISO Tool Closed Loop Gain Calculation for Systems with Improper Compensators Now Correct

The SISO Tool incorrectly calculated the gain of the closed loop system for the case when the compensator was improper and the prefilter DC gain was not equal to one. This problem is corrected in version 6.1.
