Communications Blockset Major Bug Fixes

All Coding Blocks Are Now Compatible with Real-Time Workshop

Previously, the BCH Decoder, Integer-Input RS Encoder, Integer-Output RS Decoder, Binary-Input RS Encoder, and Binary-Output RS Decoder blocks did not support code generation with Real-Time Workshop on Solaris and HP-UX platforms.

All blocks in the commblkcod2 library now generate code when used with Real-Time Workshop.
