datastream - Establish connections to Thomson Datastream API
Syntax
Connect = datastream('UserName', 'Password', 'Source',
'URL')
Arguments
| 'UserName' | User name. |
| 'Password' | User password. |
| 'Source' | To connect to the Thomson Datastream API, enter 'Datastream' in
this field. |
| 'URL' | Web URL. |
Note
Thomson assigns the values for you to enter for each argument.
Enter all arguments as MATLAB strings. |
Description
Connect = datastream('UserName', 'Password', 'Source',
'URL') makes a connection to the Thomson Datastream API,
which provides access to Thomson Datastream software content.

Establish a connection to the Thomson Datastream API:
Connect = datastream('User1', 'Pass1', 'Datastream', ...
