Custom Storage Classes Prior to R2009a

If you save a model that uses embedded signal objects in a release prior to R2009a, the saved model omits the embedded signal objects. The saved model contains the same information that it would have contained if the embedded signal objects had never existed, and output ports have no SignalObject property.
