isslopebiasscaled - Determine whether numerictype object has nontrivial slope and bias
Syntax
y = isslopebiasscaled(T)
Description
y = isslopebiasscaled(T) returns 1 when numerictype object T has
nontrivial slope and bias scaling, and 0 otherwise.
Slope and bias scaling is trivial when the slope is an integer power
of 2, and the bias is 0.
