getOperatingPointsMode - Return current usage of operating point sets

Syntax

mode=getOperatingPointsMode(options)

Description

A method of cgoptimoptions. Returns a string describing how the optimization makes operating point sets available to the user. mode will be one of `default', `fixed', or `any'.
