Visualization and Import Guide
These chapters make up the SimMechanics™ Visualization
and Import Guide. This guide assumes that you have some SimMechanics modeling experience. The import
chapters assume some CAD experience as well.
The guide explains the visualization features specific to SimMechanics software,
how to use these features with your SimMechanics models and simulations,
and how to customize visualization with external graphics files and
with body and other settings. It also describes the SimMechanics model
importer, how to generate SimMechanics models from external applications
such as computer-aided design (CAD), and how to combine imported-generated
models with customized visualization.
SimMechanics Link Utility
The SimMechanics model importer communicates with external
applications through the SimMechanics Link utility. See the SimMechanics Link documentation for
further details. |
