New features or changes introduced in this version are
New filter design approach using fdesign and filterbuilder
A new and more robust way to design filters has been added to
the toolbox —fdesign objects
and the filterbuilder GUI.
The following filter responses are supported: lowpass, highpass, bandpass,
bandstop, Hilbert, differentiator, pulse-shaping (including FIR Gaussian)
and arbitrary magnitude. Advanced design methods and additional responses
are available in Filter Design Toolbox™.
New dfilt method to specify filter coefficients at block ports
A new option has been added to the dfilt block method
to specify filter coefficients via Simulink block ports.
