Note UserDefinedUnits has been removed and produces an error. Use UserDefinedLibrary instead. |
The UserDefinedUnits property is a SimBiology root object property showing all user-defined units. You can specify units for species amounts and parameter values to do dimensional analysis and unit conversion during simulation. The valid units are either built in or user defined. Use the command sbiowhos -userdefined -unit to see the list of user-defined units.
You can add, modify, or delete UserDefinedUnits. You can define a unit with the command sbioregisterunit, which enables you to create the unit and add it to the user-defined units library, and also add it to the UserDefinedUnits property of the root object.
