Learning SimPowerSystems

As a part of the Physical Modeling family of products, SimPowerSystems and SimMechanics work together with Simulink to model electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Prior to Release 13, SimPowerSystems was named Power System Blockset. This release introduces SimPowerSystems to the Physical Modeling block and diagram interface.

 Converting Version 2 Power System Models

SimPowerSystems Conversion Guide explains the conversion of power system models built prior to Version 3.0 to the new block library and Physical Modeling interface. A printable version of this guide is available in PDF format (349 Kb), accessed on the MathWorks Web site.
