- What do I do if I forgot my MathWorks Account password?
- Why are you asking for my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is used as both your login and your address for electronic communications with The MathWorks.
Licensed users should use an address associated with their company or university as this is the address where you will
receive passcodes, product updates, etc.

- I entered my e-mail address and password, why won't it log me in?
The error message that is displayed when you attempt to login with your e-mail address and password should describe the problem. If you
have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it at any time.

- I can't remember if I have an account.
If you can't remember whether you have an account with The MathWorks, check to see if you have already
created a new MathWorks Account password. If you get an error message, it means an account
doesn't exist for that e-mail address. If you are certain you had an account in past, contact Customer Service and someone will assist you.

- I requested my password, and I never got an e-mail.
It's possible that you have a firewall that prevents The MathWorks from sending
you e-mail. It's also possible that there has been a problem with
the system at The MathWorks. Please try again and if you still don't receive an e-mail,
contact Customer Service and someone will assist you.

- What do I do if I forgot my MathWorks Account password?
If you forgot your MathWorks Account password, you can request that it
be sent to you. Your password will be
e-mailed to you immediately.
