MathWorks Symposium: Adopting Model-Based Design Within Aerospace and Defense
Adopting Model-Based Design in the aerospace and defense industry requires careful management to fully realize the associated time and cost savings. At this first-ever regional symposium, hosted by The MathWorks, attendees will participate in discussions on the adoption of Model-Based Design, and take part in detailed presentations and classes that look at the engineering tools currently used throughout the industry to implement Model-Based Design.
During this free full-day event, The MathWorks, along with leading aerospace and defense companies, will demonstrate how you can improve workflow and collaboration while developing high-integrity software and hardware. Sessions and classes will cover verification and validation, physical modeling, safety-critical code generation, and object-oriented programming.
Presentations and master classes include:
- Model-Based Design for Safety-Critical Systems (DO-178B)
- Embedded MATLAB: Designing Embeddable Algorithms and Automatically Generating C Code with MATLAB
- Developing Communications and ISR Systems Using MATLAB and Simulink
- Solving Data Analysis Challenges Using MATLAB and Simulink
- Verification and Validation
- Optimizing Simulation Performance in Simulink
- An Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming
Attendees will have the opportunity to interact directly with senior MathWorks technical staff, as well as network with colleagues from major aerospace and defense organizations.
