To make your reservation and receive the discounted rate, contact the hotel directly at +1 508-653-8800 and mention that you are attending this meeting. Please make your reservation by April 20, 2008. After this date, rooms are subject to availability.

Transportation Between Logan Airport and the Crowne Plaza Hotel

To reserve an airport shuttle to take you from Boston's Logan Airport to the hotel, contact Knight's Airport Limousine Service at 1-800-822-5456 (toll free) or +1 508-839-6252. Reservations are required.

If you make arrangements for Knight's Airport Limousine Service to bring you back to Logan Airport, let them know whether to pick you up at the Crowne Plaza or The MathWorks.

Transportation To and From The MathWorks

The Crowne Plaza provides complimentary shuttle service between the Crowne Plaza and The MathWorks each day. The van leaves from the lobby entrance of the hotel. No reservations are required; however you will need to be in the hotel lobby approximately 45 minutes before the time you would like to arrive at The MathWorks.

The shuttle runs continuously throughout the morning and takes about 10-15 minutes to arrive at the front lobby entrance of Apple Hill Three. The advisory board meeting will take place in the Atlantis Conference Room in Apple Hill One. Signs will direct you to the meeting location.

To request a ride from The MathWorks by the Crowne Plaza shuttle, call the hotel at 508-653-8800 approximately fifteen minutes before you are ready to leave.
