Jim Tung
MathWorks Fellow
Jim Tung has more than 25 years' experience in the technical computing software markets. He is a 20-year veteran of MathWorks, holding the positions of vice president of marketing and vice president of business development before assuming his current role focusing on business and technology strategy and analysis. Jim previously held marketing and sales management positions at Lotus Development and Keithley DAS, a pioneering manufacturer of PC-based data acquisition systems. Jim holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
Dr. Aravind S. Bharadwaj
CEO, Automotive Infotronics
Dr. Bharadwaj serves as CEO of Automotive Infotronics, a joint venture between Ashok Leyland and Continental AG.
He has more than 22 years of rich and varied experience in the automotive field in product development/R&D, including positions with Ashok Leyland and TVS Motor Company, India; Delphi Technical Center, Singapore; and GM Powertrain and GM R&D Center, MI, USA. In these assignments, he worked on electric and hybrid electric vehicles, transmission and engine control systems, and two-wheeler and commercial vehicle electronics.
Dr. Bharadwaj is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is currently the chairman of the SIAM Task Force on Automotive Infotronics. He is a founding member of the Core Group on Automotive R&D and played a significant role in the project to deploy telematics technology for Public Bus Transit Systems at Chennai. He is the chairman, RMC of the TIFAC Core on Automotive Infotronics at Vellore Institute of Technology. He is a senior member of IEEE and the past chairman of SAEINDIA Southern Section, which won the best section award during his tenure. He is a director in the board of SAE International for the period 2008-2010 and actively involved in the organization of the APAC 16 conference at Chennai in 2011.
Dr. Bharadwaj has a B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Madurai Kamaraj University, M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, USA and MBA (Distinction) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Yogananda Jeppu
Moog India
Yogananda Jeppu has been working in the field of control system design, implementation, and verification and validation for aircraft and missiles for the past 22 years. He has several publications on randomized testing, orthogonal array testing, and missile guidance and control. He has a U.S. patent for Software License Independent Image Generation. He has been using MATLAB and Simulink since 1988 for control design, optimization, testing, and simulation. He is a member of Institution of Engineers, Aeronautical Society of India, Astronautical Society of India, and Society for Aerospace Quality and Reliability. He is a recipient of many awards, including the Commendation Certificate for Significant Contributions Made to the Integrated Guided Missiles Programme and the National Aerospace Laboratories Technology Shield for Outstanding Achievement in LCA Control Law Design, Certification, and Successful Flight Tests. He has a B.E. from Mangalore University and a postgraduate degree in missile controls and guidance from Pune University. He is pursuing his Ph.D. at IIT Bombay in the field of software reliability and using design of experiments for model-based certification.
Bjoern Noack
Bosch Limited
Bjoern Noack heads up the advanced engineering for diesel powertrain within Bosch Limited. He joined Bosch Limited in 2009 to establish a local pre-development of the Bosch Group in India. Prior to this, he worked for Robert Bosch GmbH in the development of future platforms of fuel injection equipment, as project leader for endurance race systems at 24 Hours of Le Mans, in diesel hybrid activities, and as a project leader for common rail customer projects. He completed his Diplom-Ingenieur in mechanical engineering.
Nagendra Raykar
Bosch Limited
Nagendra Raykar joined the Advanced Engineering Technology team at Bosch Limited in 2009 and takes care of control function development activities for new systems for diesel powertrain. He originally joined the company in 2005 as a development engineer in distributor type fuel injection pump development. He completed his B.E.Eng. in automobile engineering.

Jay Abraham
MathWorks
Jay Abraham is a product marketing manager with responsibility for Polyspace code verification products. His area of expertise is in software tools for the verification of critical embedded applications. His 20 years of experience include engineering and design positions at hardware, software tools, and embedded operating systems companies including Magma Design Automation and Wind River Systems; he began his career as a microprocessor designer at IBM. Jay has an M.S. in computer engineering from Syracuse University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Boston University.
Jason Ghidella
MathWorks
Jason Ghidella is a principal product marketing manager and manages a technical marketing team responsible for Simulink, Stateflow, and control products. He has extensive experience working with automotive, aerospace and defence, and industrial automation and machinery companies from around the world that adopt Model-Based Design for embedded control system development. Prior to joining MathWorks in 2000, Jason worked as an applications engineer for three years for MathWorks distributors in Australia and the Netherlands. Before that, he spent two years as a research scientist working on aircraft fatigue analysis in the Airframes and Engines division of DSTO in Australia. Jason received a Ph.D. in aeronautical engineering from the University of Sydney in 1996, and a bachelor of engineering from James Cook University of North Queensland in 1990.
Arun Mulpur
MathWorks
Arun Mulpur joined MathWorks in 2002 and currently manages the Communications, Electronics, and Semiconductors technical marketing team. His current focus is on technology and products that provide an integrated environment for modeling, design, simulation, rapid prototyping, hardware implementation, and verification of signal processing and communications systems. Before joining MathWorks, he spent eight years at Visual Solutions, Inc., most recently as director of Product Engineering and Technical Services. Arun received his B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Osmania University, India, and master's and doctorate degrees in electrical engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell.
