January 5: Recent Developments in MATLAB with Applications to DSP Research and Teaching
This one hour session will include coverage of new MATLAB features like Object-oriented programming in MATLAB, Parallel Computing, Embedded MATLAB, and new Filter Design capabilities.
January 6: Recent Developments in Simulink with Applications to DSP Research and Teaching
This session will introduce the Signal Processing teaching applications CD developed by Texas Instruments and MathWorks with a professor from Tel-Aviv University. The applications CD includes worked–out examples from Audio, Video and Imaging, Control and DSP based on the Simulink workflow, covering theory, lab activities, Simulink modeling, and the TI hardware implementation model.
