Statistical Methods for Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development

In September 2006  the Working Group "Statistics in Pre-Clinical Development"  organized the First Non-Clinical Statistics conference within the German Region of the International Biometric Society.

The NCS2008 conference was helt in collaboration with the Quetelet Society in Leuven, Belgium on September 23-25, 2008. The meeting was helt in the ancient historical site of the Grand Beguinage that was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in March 2000.

In 2009, the first "US Edition" was held in Boston.

The organising committee of the meeting is again a mix of researchers from both academia and industry as it was in 2006 and 2008  as well as 2009
