Recorded Webinar: Introduction to Link for Analog Devices VisualDSP++
Get immediate access to this webinar, and other recorded webinars, by completing this form.
This webinar introduces Link for Analog Devices VisualDSP++® - a new product from The MathWorks that bridges MATLAB®, Simulink®, and other products from The MathWorks with VisualDSP++ integrated development and debugging environment (IDDE) from Analog Devices, Inc. Link for Analog Devices VisualDSP++Òlets engineers verify embedded code running on VisualDSP++ using MATLAB and generate complete VisualDSP++ projects from Simulink models for rapidly prototyping and verifying signal processing, communications, and control algorithms on Analog Devices processors. This webinar provides a high-level overview of all the major capabilities related to the implementation and verification of algorithms on Analog Devices processors -- Blackfin, SHARC and TigerSHARC.
Through a series of product demonstrations, you will see how MATLAB, Simulink, and Real-Time Workshop can be used to:
- Create complete VisualDSP++ projects to rapidly prototype your systems on Analog Devices processors
- Use processor-in-the-loop simulation to automatically generate embedded processor executable code that can then be tested and verified from the same Simulink model using the same input and output test vectors
- Profile the generated code running on the processor to identify bottlenecks
- Create test benches in MATLAB and Simulink to automate testing of embedded code running through VisualDSP++
This webinar will be useful for people who have used MATLAB and/or Simulink and are currently working in the VisualDSP++ environment implementing signal processing, communications, and controls algorithms on a Blackfin, SHARC or TigerSHARC processor from Analog Devices.
