Webinar Image- Quantitative High-Throughput Gene Expression Imaging
Fluorescent in situ hybridization provides a molecular understanding of the mechanism of diseases, leading to effective therapies. It can also assist in basic scientific research, such as improving our understanding of genetic networks or the processes of embryological development. The value added by this technology resides in the detailed insight provided by the high-resolution data it outputs. However, before any visualization or statistical analysis is possible, scientists must process the huge volume of data, assess it for quality, and extract its relevant features.

In this webinar, we’ll focus on automating the processing of such data. A MathWorks engineer will step you through the automated parallel processing and subsequent visualization and analysis of images derived from the FlyEx database. You will see how you can accomplish all steps of the workflow in the same computing environment.
