Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to manage our installation technologies and team.   The position involves day-to-day mentoring and management of team personnel, project management and planning, as well as cross-functional development efforts with product and business teams. The team mission is to build a seamless user experience across product downloads, deployment, licensing and installation.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other related technical field
• Eight years of proven experience in a software development environment
• 4+ years experience with Java, XML
• Successful team/project/technical leadership
• Experience with installation technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Development experience on Windows
• Development experience with UNIX and/or Mac OS X is a plus
• MATLAB experience is a plus
