Job Summary

Writer responsible for creating and updating software documentation for Simulink blocks and other Simulink features. We are looking for a strong team player who enjoys working on complex, cross-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

The writer will work closely with Simulink development teams, quality engineers, and technical marketing professionals to research new features and enhancements, create documentation plans, write original documentation, and update existing documentation. The writer will actively participate in the planning, specification, and testing of product features.

The writer will also contribute to projects that improve the quality of documentation and documentation processes.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
* 3+ years of technical writing experience for a science or engineering audience
* Understanding of computer science concepts, including hardware
* Familiarity with C and C++ programming languages
* Ability to be an effective project team member
* Experience with Simulink and model-based design is a plus
