Job Summary

Working with corporate marketing and local sales management, the Southern Europe Marketing Manager (France, Italy and Spain) will oversee planning, development and coordination of all marketing communications programs to promote the sale of company products and further the company's sales objectives. Programs will include both lead generation via seminars, webinars and conferences as well as awareness building through trade shows, PR and advertising. The Southern Europe Marketing Manager will report directly to the European Marketing Programs Manager, who is based in Paris, France. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the European marketing organization.



Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will manage a team that is responsible for:
- Managing the implementation of all marketing programs around lead generation and awareness-building. Making sure that all activities are executed on time, on budget and in support of the sales and lead models.
- Working with corporate and European marketing, implement the branding and market messages to ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging through advertising, tradeshows, presentations, web and collateral materials.
- Work closely with local sales managers to create and execute specialized sales-support programs.
Effectively managing the marketing budget and reporting on local results.
- Support European Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of pan-European activities.
Work closely with external agency to support outsourced lead qualification and other activities in support of sales and marketing



Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of proven experience across the range of marketing communications methods in a B2B high technology environment.
  • Demonstrated and significant multi-countries marketing experience France prefered with southern Europe Mkt exp. (Italy and/or Spain).
  • 4-8 years of management experience
  • Proven effectiveness in a multi-lingual environment
  • Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • B.A./B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing, or equivalent.
