Job Summary

As a Build and Test Quality Engineer you will enjoy working closely in a small team environment with Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Usability and Documentation team members and Infrastructure, Architecture and Tools group. You will participate in the development of new and exciting features for our automated build and test system. This position requires a strong QE mindset, excellent debugging skills, a great attitude and passion to continuously improve our tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and code reviews
• Develop and execute test plans and test scripts
• Develop new tools and processes
• Work closely with other team members to release quality products
• Qualify code changes and assess the impact of the change
• Report bugs, verify fixes and perform final product validation

Qualifications

BS/MS in CS or related fields
1+ years of programming experience using Java required
2 + years of Quality Engineering or Software Engineering experience required
Excellent debugging and trouble-shooting skills required

Plusses:
Experience with unit test frameworks (JUnit preferred)
Experience working with databases and SQL
Experience testing web services
Test automation development experience
Experience with scripting languages - JavaScript
Working knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM)
Knowledge of Windows and UNIX environments
