The writer will be responsible for creating and updating user documentation in the Financial products area in online, PDF, and print formats. We are looking for a strong team player who enjoys working on complex, cross-disciplinary projects.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Development team to research, plan, write, and update documentation.
Participate with the Development team in the planning, specification, and testing phases of the products.
Work with the Documentation group and contribute to projects that improve documentation quality and documentation processes.
Qualifications
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field
2+ years experience writing for a technical audience
Team-player attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
Pluses
Graduate degree in related field
Experience with MathWorks products
Experience working in a software development environment
Experience with XML authoring tools, especially Epic
Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
