Job Summary

This position provides general HR support to multiple offices within UK, Sweden, and Finland. Generalist responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and HR information systems. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and will focus on service delivery within UK and the Nordics, providing advice and recommendations. You will also have some recruiting responsibilities for several locations. You will be required to manage all aspects of the recruiting process. Partnering with the hiring manager, you will facilitate the interviewing process with the local interviewing team and at times other countries including the U.S.



Responsibilities

Generalist responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including new hire inductions, pension and new legislation oversight, and support for staff members

Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and closing candidates with a high emphasis on quality and direct sourcing.


General HR tasks (writing contracts, references, written confirmations) 


Update the HR information system



Qualifications

BS Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field required.
Minimum 5 years Human Resource generalist experience involving recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Experience using multiple recruiting sources.
Experience in a software or high tech preferred.
Strong Microsoft office skills, writing, and facilitation skills required.
Excellent English skills required.
Knowledge of Swedish would be advantageous
