Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary

The Computer Science Development Group (CSDG) team members participate in various software development projects, which contribute to making MathWorks products and tools such as MATLAB and Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects with multiple development and quality engineering teams
• Work closely with customers in various industries using MATLAB and Simulink
• Apply strong software development skills in C++, Java, MATLAB and/or other languages
• Collaborate with development team members to write and test code for MATLAB and other MathWorks products

Qualifications Required / Preferred

• Must have BS in Computer Science as a terminal degree
• Programming experience with at least one of the following languages:
  • C, C++, Java or Ruby.
  • MATLAB knowledge or experience is a plus
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong academic record
