C++ Algorithm Software Engineer - Design Automation

Job Summary

Join our team in the development of software that automates the creation, analysis and optimization of engineering designs for an amazingly wide range of applications. You will contribute to the workflow tool development and software automation to improve design productivity and quality for our customers.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Design, implement and test new capabilities for the automated tools, primarily in MATLAB and C++  
  • Architect and engineer algorithms and user interface to deliver these capabilities
  • Derive design requirements from customer needs and define feature specifications with cross-function teams
  • Build a career track record of success by pursuing high quality and timely completion of projects
  • Leverage the latest technology to innovate and improve productivity of our engineering customers

Qualifications Required / Preferred

  • Degrees in computer science or engineering: MS, PhD, or Bachelor with 5+ years of software development experiences
  • Fluent in C++ or JAVA and proficient in object-oriented designs
  • Knowledge of data structure and algorithms a must
  • Track records of productivity and detail-oriented projects
  • Passionate about technology and innovations to improve user experiences
  • User interface design experience a plus
