We are seeking a proactive individual to drive our modeling and simulation products deep into existing and new market areas. Built on top of our successful Simulink platform, the physical modeling products enable engineers to intuitively model, simulate, and test complex physical systems and their controllers. You will be responsible for technical marketing projects for Simscape and other physical modeling products like SimMechanics and SimPowerSystems. This is your opportunity to leverage your experience with mechanical, electrical, and other systems in the growing engineering community that uses Simulink and Simscape. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of dynamic system modeling and simulation including a background in electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic system analysis. He or she must also possess the following:
Requirements include a degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering or in a scientific field relevant to MATLAB or Simulink use, and at least 5+ years of professional experience (including 2+ years in marketing or technical sales).
Experience with Simulink or equivalent products is highly desirable. International experience is desired. Industry experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or related industries is also desired. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
