Sales Support Specialist-Intern
Job Summary
This position will give the intern experience working in a Sales Support role for a global high-tech software organization
Responsibilities will include
- Help Sales Support with annual software maintenance renewals. Duties include: outbound calls, quote creation, handling customer inquiries
- Learn MathWorks CRM, quoting and other internal software applications
- Drive attendance at MathWorks events through pro-active calling campaigns
- Reporting and analysis assistance
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
- Project based work as applicable
- Collaborating with Sales Representatives , Sales Managers and Sales Support peers
Availability: January to June
Hours: 40 hours/week
Qualifications Required / Preferred
Part of a current Bachelors or Masters program
- Business, Marketing or engineering coursework preferred
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, energetic personality
- Corporate experience is desirable
