Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
The Salesforce.com Developer will analyze, develop, implement and support Salesforce.com. You will also be working as a business applications liaison to the business areas at MathWorks.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them to systems solutions. In addition, you will own complete administrative and customer facing configuration work for a new Salesforce.com application. Use troubleshooting SFDC & related tools to address production systems issues and working with other business application team members.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a master's degree, or a PhD degree is required.
- Demonstrated experience in/with salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience developing large-scale, custom solutions with Salesforce Service Clouds.
- Experience with Service cloud and Force.com
- Development experience with VisualForce, APEX classes, API and AppExchange deployment
- Certified SalesForce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Developer preferred
- Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries is a plus
- Development skills in Java, SQL, and HTML
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
