Senior Marketing Programs Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Programs Manager will focus on the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns for established sales teams.  This position requires the individual to work at both a strategic and tactical level in supporting the achievement of revenue targets through the development of successful lead generation programs.  The position requires a high degree of collaboration with Sales, Industry Marketing and Application Engineering as well as the ability to utilize data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated, multi-touch marketing programs that support pipeline and funnel development.
• Effectively plan, execute and measure the use of traditional (events & email) as well as on-line (web, social media) marketing programs.
• Perform detailed analysis of pipeline support with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work with internal teams to develop highly targeted and relevant content.

Qualifications Required / Preferred

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Established history of strong relationships with Sales organizations.
• Demonstrated experience working on complex marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Field marketing experiences a plus.
• High tech software experiences a plus.
