As a Technical Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for managing key steps in our hiring process, while partnering with more seasoned recruiters to fully develop your skills as a corporate recruiter through training, mentorship, and self-paced learning.

Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiting Specialist is an integral part of the recruiting team and candidate experience; responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with recruiting colleagues to source candidates for pipeline development and developing/applying skills in candidate assessment.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to conduct initial phone interviews and qualifying candidates for on-site interviews.
  • Facilitating the full candidate life cycle for internal transfer candidates and providing staffing advice to hiring managers.
  • Participating in college recruiting initiatives, including interviews and entry level candidate assessment.
  • Managing candidate communications for assigned requisitions, including updates to staffing agencies and other vendors. 

Qualifications Required / Preferred

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a strong desire to work in a corporate recruiting environment, and exhibit an uncompromising focus on quality.

  • BA/BS degree plus 1 to 3 years of professional experience is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical recruiting is required.
  • Experience at a technical staffing agency is required.
  • Must be self-driven and able to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
  • Knowledge of  MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), applicant tracking and human resources information systems
  • This role is 100% on-site, based in Natick, MA.
