As a Technical Support Engineer (f/m) you will help our customers with very involved technical issues. We are looking for engineers (f/m) to join our expanding organization. We will help you identify and develop your technical, professional, and personal skills for a successful technical career at MathWorks. As a Technical Support Engineer (f/m) you will help make our customers successful in the usage of our MATLAB and Simulink product families. This involves resolving in-depth customer reported issues in a wide area of products, applications, and industries. Collaboration with other engineers, specialists and domain experts in the global MathWorks organization often is the key in the process of resolving requests and will help to understand the background behind questions if necessary. Ultimately you will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution. In addition, you act as a customer advocate if the issue requires internal escalation, keeping the customer informed of the progress. By providing feedback to our development organization, you enable the continuous improvement of our products.
