Frame Based Processing with the DSP Blockset

simulations of digital signal processing (DSP) systems. DSPs are microprocessors
that excel at performing fast, repetitious calculations on discrete-time
signals. Many DSPs support frame-based processing, and now, the DSP
Blockset also supports it. The Simulink/DSP Blockset models and audio
files portrayed in the example are available for download.

a completely Japanese interface and it is possible to create and annotate
plots entirely in Japanese. read more
Tip: Printing in Color
New in MATLAB 5.3, MATLAB will automatically detect if you are using a color printer. You can also override the color settings of your printer from the Page Setup dialog box or by using the Properties button on the print screen when printing from your figure's File menu.
For MATLAB 5.2 and 5.3 on the PC, you can change your printer defaults to always print in color or you can choose to print color figures selectively. For information on how to do this, see our technical support solution 2516: How Can I Print My MATLAB Plots in Color Under Windows on My PC?
