Welcome to MATLAB GolfThe objective in the game of golf is to reach the hole with the fewest strokes. In MATLAB golf, the objective is to go from one variable (the tee) to another (the hole) with the fewest keystrokes. Example: How many positive elements in vector a?
The winner is the contestant who solves the problem with the fewest characters (not including spaces, newlines, and semicolons). See the rules for more information. ScheduleThe time structure of this contest is different from previous contests since there will be multiple challenges. Each challenge will run for a 2-hour time slot at 10AM and 3PM EST on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
PrizesThe winner of each hole will receive a MATLAB toolkit. If you win more than one hole, we'll send you something else. We'll determine the overall winner by giving points for the top three entries on each hole: 3 points for first place, 2 points for second place, and 1 point for third. The grand prize is a MATLAB jacket. Contest Announcement E-mail ListDon't miss hearing about the next MATLAB Contest. Sign up for our MATLAB Contest mailing list.
