SeqNT

Nucleotide sequence(s) represented by one of the following:

  • Character vector of single-letter codes from the table Nucleotide Lookup

  • Cell array of sequences

  • Two-dimensional character array of sequences

CodeValue

Nucleotide letter code represented by one of the following:
