MATLAB Connectivity to FPGA-Based Radio

The Communications System Toolbox™ includes support packages that enable you to process real-time wireless signals using MATLAB® and Simulink®.

The Communications System Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx® FPGA-Based Radio provides connectivity between MATLAB / Simulink and a Xilinx FPGA board with an RF FMC card. With this support package, you can generate, transmit, and receive waveforms to design radio transmitters or receivers, and verify them with a Xilinx FPGA-based radio in the loop.

The following MATLAB examples will help you get started with this support package:

  1. Frequency Offset Calibration Transmitter

  2. Frequency Offset Calibration Receiver

  3. FRS/GMRS Walkie-Talkie Receiver

  4. QPSK Transmitter

  5. QPSK Receiver

If you are in MATLAB and you want to download the support package now, you can click herehere to start the Support Package Installer, and follow the instructions in the resulting GUI.

If you are online and you want to download the support package now, you can click here and then click on the "Get Support Package Now" button on the resulting page.
