Obtain Values for Lower and Upper Budgets

Given a PortfolioMAD object p with the default constraints set, obtain the values for LowerBudget and UpperBudget.

p = PortfolioMAD;
p = p.setDefaultConstraints(5);
[LowerBudget, UpperBudget] = p.getBudget
LowerBudget =

     1

UpperBudget =

     1
