Web Map Display

Display vector data on web maps

Web maps enable you to plot vector data originating in geographic coordinates. Provide geographic context for your data using high-zoom-level basemaps or data layers imported from Web Map Service (WMS) servers. Interactively explore your data using pan, zoom, cursor locations, and data balloons.

For a comparison of the 2-D map display options provided by Mapping Toolbox™, see Choose a 2-D Map Display.
