CC = circumcenters(TR, SI) returns the
coordinates of the circumcenter of each specified simplex

n is the dimension of the space where the triangulation
[CC RCC] = circumcenters(TR, SI) returns
the circumcenters and the corresponding radii of the circumscribed
circles or spheres.
