Shift neural network time series data for tap delay
tapdelay(x,i,ts,delays) takes these arguments,
Neural network time series data
Row vector of increasing zero or positive delays
and returns the tap delay values of signal
ts given the specified tap delays.
Here a random signal
x consisting of eight
timesteps is defined, and a tap delay with delays of
4] is simulated at timestep 6.
