Hydrostatic Transmission

This example shows a transmission built of a variable-displacement pump VDP, fixed-displacement hydraulic motor, two replenishing valves RPLV_A and RPLV_B on the pump side, two pressure-relief valves PRV_A and PRV_B on the motor side, connecting pipelines Pipeline A and Pipeline B, and charge pump CHP with its pressure-relief valve PRV_CH. The motor drives a mechanical load consisting of inertia, viscous friction, and time-varying torque. The controller provides the profile of the torque and pump delivery variation.
