cols - Retrieve number of columns in fetched data set

Syntax

numcols = cols(curs)

Description

numcols = cols(curs) returns the number of columns in the fetched data set curs.

Examples

Display three columns in the fetched data set curs.

numcols = cols(curs)

numcols =
     3
