Texas Instruments C28x DMC Blocks Require CRL

Starting in R2011a, the following blocks removed processor-specific optimized code from Texas Instruments. To generated code that contains optimized code from TI for the following TI C28x DMC blocks, enable the TI C28x Code Replacement Library (CRL):

• C2000 Clarke Transformation

• C2000 Inverse Park Transformation

• C2000 Park Transformation

• C2000 PID Controller

• C2000 Ramp Generator

• C2000 Speed Measurement

The CRL code replacement library inserts optimized processor- and compiler-specific implementations of functions and arithmetic operators. See About Code Replacement Libraries and Optimization for Embedded TargetsDesktop Targets

Because the following blocks no longer contain processor-specific code from Texas Instruments, they are hardware agnostic, and you can use them in a wide range of Simulink models:

• C2000 Clarke Transformation

• C2000 PID Controller

• C2000 Speed Measurement
