Select measrpm and tq_desired from the Y Input and X Input drop-down menus.
Enter 0 for the initial value.

Look at the Tables tree on the left. Note that the normalizers appear as calibratable items in their own right, and as descendants (child nodes) of their tables.
Once you create a table, you can duplicate it to create more tables that share the same breakpoints. Click soi_best in the tree, then select Edit > Duplicate soi_best. Repeat until you have four new tables, and rename them as follows:
