Overview

Most of the error messages are displayed in the log file after a license check.

However, since licensing is checked during code verification, a message can also be displayed at any location in the associated Polyspace Log file. An error message will generally cause the verification to stop.

This section describes common licensing errors. For other errors, please refer to the FLEXnet Licensing End User Guide available at www.macrovision.com.

Error -15, the FLEXnet server is unreachable

Checking license ...
Unable to checkout feature Polyspace_Client_C_CPP for version 17: 
Cannot connect to license server system.
 The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
 the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
 port or hostname in the license file has been changed.
