Note   It may not be possible for the analysis to detect matches between previously corresponding sections of files that have diverged too much.

Cannot Create Printable Reports from UNC Paths

On a Windows^® platform, you cannot create printable comparison reports if you start a MATLAB session from a Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path, such as \\mycompany\bigserver\matlab. You will see errors if you do this.

You can work around this by mapping a drive to the location.
