Signal Builder - Create and generate interchangeable groups of signals whose waveforms are piecewise linear

Description

The Signal Builder block allows you to create interchangeable groups of piecewise linear signal sources and use them in a model. See Working with Signal Groups in the Simulink documentation.

Data Type Support

The Signal Builder block outputs a virtual nonhierarchical bus, scalar, or array of real signals of type double.

Parameters and Dialog Box

The Signal Builder block has the same dialog box as that of a Subsystem block. To display the dialog box, right-click the block and select Subsystem Parameters.

  • Zero represents a continuous sample time.

  • A positive integer represents a discrete sample time.
