getxpcinfo - Retrieve diagnostic information to help troubleshoot configuration issues

Synopsis

MATLAB command line

getxpcinfo
getxpcinfo('-a')

Arguments

'-a'

Appends diagnostic information to an existing xpcinfo.txt file. If one does not exist, this function creates the file in the current folder.

Description

getxpcinfo returns diagnostic information for troubleshooting xPC Target configuration issues. This function generates and saves the information in the xpcinfo.txt file, in the current folder. If the file xpcinfo.txt already exists, this function overwrites it with the new information.

getxpcinfo('-a') appends the diagnostic information to the xpcinfo.txt file, in the current folder. If the file xpcinfo.txt does not exist, this function creates it.

You can send the file xpcinfo.txt to MathWorks Technical Support for evaluation and guidance. To create this file, you must have write permission for the current folder.

Warning The file xpcinfo.txt might contain information sensitive to your organization. Review the contents of this file before sending to MathWorks.
